7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Not satisfied with LimeVPN Core? Request a refund within 7 days of your subscription start date, subject to the usage and bandwidth limits described below. No free trial is offered.
1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
LimeVPN offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on Core plan subscriptions only. If you are dissatisfied with our service during the first 7 days of your initial Core subscription, you may request a refund of the amount paid for the Core plan, subject to the eligibility conditions below.
The 7-day period begins on the date your initial subscription is activated, as recorded in our billing system. Refund requests must be submitted within this window.
1.1 Eligibility conditions
To qualify for the 7-day money-back guarantee, your account must meet all of the following conditions:
- Total bandwidth consumed must not exceed 10 GB during the refund period
- The account must not have been used in violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
- The refund request must be the first such request associated with your email address, payment method, or device identifiers
Accounts that exceed these limits may be denied a refund at our sole discretion. You are not required to provide a reason for your refund request, but we reserve the right to verify compliance with the eligibility conditions above.
2. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests can be submitted through any of the following channels:

Please include your account email address in all refund requests.
We will acknowledge your refund request within 48 hours and process it within 3–5 business days.
3. Refund Processing
3.1 Refund timeline
Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days from our side. However, the time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider:
- Credit/debit cards: 5–10 business days after processing (varies by bank)
- PayPal: 3–5 business days
- Cryptocurrency: See Section 6.3 below
3.2 Refund method
Refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method than the one used for the original transaction.
3.3 Subscription cancellation
When a refund is approved, your subscription will be cancelled and your account access will be terminated immediately upon refund processing. If you wish to continue using the Service after receiving a refund, you will need to create a new subscription.
4. Dedicated IP (Plus Plan) — Non-Refundable
LimeVPN Plus subscriptions, which include a dedicated IP address, are non-refundable. Dedicated IPs require individual provisioning and allocation of a unique IP address exclusively for your account. Due to the cost and resources involved in provisioning dedicated IPs, we cannot offer refunds on Plus plan purchases.
If you are unsure whether a dedicated IP is right for you, we recommend starting with the Core plan (which includes the 7-day money-back guarantee) and upgrading to Plus later.
5. No Free Trial
LimeVPN does not offer a free trial. The 7-day money-back guarantee on the Core plan serves as a way to evaluate the service. If the service does not meet your expectations within the first 7 days and you meet the eligibility conditions, you can request a refund.
6. Exceptions and Limitations
6.1 Renewal payments
The 7-day money-back guarantee applies to your initial subscription purchase only. Subsequent renewal payments are not covered by the money-back guarantee.
To avoid unwanted renewals, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your renewal date. You can cancel through your account settings or by contacting support.
6.2 Terms of Service violations
Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service, particularly the Acceptable Use Policy, are not eligible for refunds. This includes, without limitation: accounts flagged for excessive bandwidth consumption during the refund window, use of automated tools to exploit the refund process, use of the Service for any prohibited activity under the Terms of Service, or any pattern of behavior indicating abuse of the refund guarantee.
6.3 Cryptocurrency payments
Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, refunds for payments made with cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.) are handled as credit to your LimeVPN account rather than as a return of cryptocurrency.
Account credit from cryptocurrency refunds can be applied to a future subscription. We are unable to send cryptocurrency back to a wallet address due to the volatility and transaction costs involved.
If you have strong objections to receiving account credit, contact support to discuss options — we handle cryptocurrency refunds on a case-by-case basis.
6.4 Promotional pricing
If you purchased a subscription during a promotional period at a discounted rate, refunds are calculated based on the amount actually paid, not the standard price. If you re-subscribe after a promotional refund, the promotional pricing may not be available again.
6.5 Account sharing or abuse
Creating multiple accounts to repeatedly claim the 7-day money-back guarantee is considered abuse and is grounds for account termination without refund. We employ technical measures to detect refund abuse, including but not limited to: tracking duplicate accounts by email, payment method, and device fingerprint. Accounts identified as duplicates created to exploit the refund policy will be terminated without refund.
6.6 Chargeback-related restrictions
If a refund is denied under these Terms and you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider, we reserve the right to suspend your account and any associated accounts, ban future registrations, and pursue recovery of the disputed amount plus any chargeback fees incurred.
7. Partial Refunds
We do not typically issue partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period beyond the 7-day guarantee window. However, in exceptional circumstances (such as extended service outages directly attributable to LimeVPN that significantly impaired your use of the Service), we may issue pro-rated credits or refunds at our discretion.

8. Upgrade and Downgrade
If you upgrade from a shorter-term plan to a longer-term plan, the remaining credit from your current plan will be applied as a pro-rated discount toward the new plan.
Plan downgrades take effect at the next renewal date. No partial refunds are issued for downgrading during an active subscription period.
9. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with your bank. In most cases, we can resolve issues directly — often faster than a chargeback process.
Initiating a chargeback without first attempting resolution with us may result in account termination and potential restriction from future subscriptions. We maintain records of all refund requests and transactions to respond to chargeback disputes.
Fraudulent chargebacks (chargebacks initiated while actively using the Service or after consuming significant bandwidth) may be reported to the relevant payment network's fraud prevention program.
